济南装载机安装时应如何防止油液的污染？

济南装载机日常作业都需要油的润滑，那么装载机在安装时应该如何防治油液的污染，现在由永?；档挠泄刈腋蠹医樯芤幌?。
1、济南装载机液压泵的吸油口应安装粗滤器，且吸油口处应距油箱底部一定距离；

5、定期检查液压油，一旦发现油液变质、泡沫多、沉淀物多、油水分离等现象后应立即清洗系统并换油。新油加入小型装载机的油箱前应经过静置沉淀，过滤后方可加入，必要时可设中间油箱以进行新油的沉淀和过滤，确保油液的清洁。
