由于装载机在比较恶劣的工地(比如岩石面)工作时经常发生爆胎，永保机械总结出一条快速更换装载机轮胎的方法，具体如下：

(1)首先启动机器，然后寻找一块平坦开阔的场地，压下动臂升降杆，利用动臂支撑使前轮离地，然后用支架支撑在闪桥靠近爆胎的一侧，并将后轮楔好。
