对装载机超越离合器总成进行检查时，应重视装载机解体前各种工况下的工作情况，且只能检查出损坏较大、较严重的故障，而对于其锁紧性能不良但尚能锁紧的故障，在装载机又工作不良的情况下是不能被检查出来的，必须用一定的仪器来检查。
