如何正确操作装载机离合器

离合器是机械式传动装载机中易损坏的关键部件之一，正确使用妥善保养，可以延长其使用寿命。如使用不当，容易导致发生故障。离合器在使用过程中，由于零件的不断磨损，特别是离合器从动盘上摩擦片的磨损，都会改变分离杠杆与分离轴承端面的间隙，此间隙过大会造成踏板踩到底也分离不开；间隙过小会产生分离轴承始终随分离杠杆转动，而很快地烧坏或磨损。此外在使用过程中，由于三个分离杠杆变形、磨损的不同，会造成三个分离杠杆不同在一个与花键轴垂直的平面内，也就使得离合器分离不彻底，换档困难、很快会将变速器的换档齿轮打坏。离合器分离不彻底也加速摩擦片的磨损，降低离合器的使用寿命。

1、离合器分离时间不宜过长，一般不超过15-20秒；

2、不要用离合器半分离的方法来控制车速，以免摩擦片和分离轴承迅速磨损。同时，在行驶时，不要把脚放在离合器踏板上。

3、分离离合器时，动作要迅速，踏板要踩到底，以求彻底分离；
