发动机是装载机主要振动源，而发动机振动的传播直接影响到装载机的整机可靠性和使用寿命，同时也使司机的乘坐舒适性变差，降低工作效率，因此要应用现代设计方法和手段，减少或消除发动机在工作过程中所产生的有害振动，那么应该采取哪些方法减振呢？

1、控制振源
改善发动机平衡性能、动力学性能、零部件的加工与装配精度等。削弱机振源和避免共振首先应从设计阶段考虑，要在整体设计中贯穿系统工程思想，充分应用现代设计方法，如有限源设计、可靠性设计、稳健设计、优化设计、计算机辅助设计以及智能系统和专家系统设计。

2、振动的隔离
